About the service

WageCalculator.app is a free educational estimator. It is not official IRS software and does not replace a pay stub, a Form W-4 review, or a tax return. Results are estimates you generate in your browser.

No advice

Nothing on this site is tax, legal, payroll, or financial advice. Your actual withholding depends on your Form W-4, state and local rules, benefits, and deductions. Confirm figures with your employer's payroll team or a tax professional before acting on them.

Accuracy

We try to keep the calculator's federal figures current and to explain what it leaves out, but tax rules change and the estimate is simplified. We do not promise that results are complete, current, or error-free.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal comparison and learning. Do not scrape the site, overload it, try to break its security, or present its results as official IRS, payroll, or employer figures.

Ads and links

Ads on this site are served by Google AdSense and are labeled. This site does not currently use affiliate or sponsored links. If that changes, those links will be labeled and these terms and the Disclosure page will be updated. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
